The training will focus on a topic defined by the client that the employees want to integrate (e.g.: Collaborative Leadership; Positive Communication, Well-being and Team Spirit, etc.).

Discussion groups will be created to discuss the topic based on pre-defined questions with the aim of listening to and giving voice to the employees.

At the end, after all the reflection and discussion has been done, there will be interviews filmed in Vox Pop mode in which the employees will take on the roles of interviewees and interviewers.

An edited video with the interviews will then be delivered.
