Diversity and inclusion with social theatre

This training uses practices from social theater and theater of the oppressed to address issues of diversity and inclusion in different contexts, promoting reflection, empathy, and transformative action.

Through theatrical dynamics, participants explore themes such as prejudice, privilege, and respect for differences. The participatory methodology creates a safe space for debate and research, encouraging changes in attitude and inclusive practices.
