Emphatic Communication
The vast majority of conflicts between people originate from misunderstandings, prejudices and judgments, which make it difficult for both parties to communicate. Ultimately, it is always a communication problem.
In this training we will work on various levels of communication, emphasizing empathetic communication through games and practical exercises. Inspired by approaches such as Nonviolent Communication (NVC), the workshop helps participants to strengthen interpersonal connections, manage conflicts and create more respectful and effective dialogues..

Authentic expression: how to communicate feelings and needs clearly and respectfully.
Empathic listening: learning to understand beyond words, recognizing the other person’s underlying emotions and needs.
Emotional connection: practices to promote mutual understanding and reduce judgments or defensive reactions.
